Swirl removal with a Makita BO6040.

Using the Makita BO6040 to remove swirls. This is a combination of orange foam and Hi-Lustre Finish-it being run, just to remove the swirls from the first step. A fair amount of correction can be gotten with this combination. The trick to getting the best possible result is to let the machine run on the panel till the shine really comes up and there is very little residue being left behind. That&called "finishing down" in some circles. In any case, the finish should be so flawless, it looks like it&waxed when you&done with this step.
