The new, cutting-edge machine from all my nerdy dreams has just arrived: the Lenovo Legion Go. I named it "Juggernaut". With its giant, vibrant screen and powerful specs is my very first handheld PC …and truly the only piece of technology able to push me back to the distressing realm of existence called Windows. A shiny, elegant dark box contains the (massive) included carrying case, that pleasantly introduces my senses to Lenovo&attention to detail and smart engineering, with the circular base for the detachable mouse resting in the center, not to mention a tiny little flap/entryway that allows you to charge the device while protected by its robust shell. The Legion Go&design allows the user to detach the side controllers, leaving the unit resting on the stand that extends from its back, in order to control the action on screen almost like it was a more advanced, versatile, way more powerful and gigantic Nintendo Switch. But the feature that sets the Legion Go apart from anything else is what Lenovo calls "FPS Mode". You can attach the included circular base to the right controller and transform it into a joystick/mouse hybrid, with buttons and a scrolling wheel placed in the right spots. Incredibly, the brain adjusts pretty soon to such ingenuous mechanism and it&a truly cool, refreshing experience. Being a Windows 11-based PC, with way more things to manage and keep track of (compared to Apple devices), the Go is already transforming me into the busiest geek on...
