1) Получение ФОРСАЖ перевода Почтой России/ Receiving Instant Money Transfer by Russian Post Office

Описываю как свои мучения - необходимость обегать три почтовых отделения, пока нашла то, где работает касса - в ходе попыток получить мгновенный Форсаж перевод - платная услуга Почты России, так и дополнительное унижение полученное в ходе разговора с начальницей Почты Бийска на Советской 34 (2 этаж). Я даже не получила от неё обычную формулировку "извините за предоставленные неудобства", но ею мне было предложено посмотреть её фамилию, имя и отчество на двери её кабинета и категорически запрещено вести как видео, так и аудио запись разговора с ней. I am describing first my torment: the necessity to run around three post offices until I found where the technical equipment works - in order to get an instant "fast and furious" money transfer - a paid service of the Russian Post; and second, the description of the additional humiliation which I received during a conversation with the head of the Biysk Post Office on Sovetskaya 34 (the 2nd floor): I didn’t even get the usual formal word expression like “sorry for the inconvenience” from this individual, but she offered me to look at the door of her office to find out her last name, first and middle name to know how to apply to her and she strictly forbade me to make any, video or audio, record of the conversation with her.
