Install Ncurses on Windows 10 (kind of)

EDIT: I accidentally missed a step. Before downloading any linux distros, you must make sure that the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) is enabled by following the instructions found here: In this video I show you the easiest way to get up and running with ncurses on a Windows 10 computer (at least as of the recording of this video in April of 2020). I say "kind of" in the title because technically we are installing ncurses in Ubuntu WITHIN Windows 10, but for all intents and purposes the installation behaves the same as if you were running natively in Windows.
