NVIDIA Tesla M40 Overclocked vs GTX 970 GAMING TEST

In this video I will be comparing M40 and GTX 970 GPU&which are in same price category. In Cyberpunk 2077 low settings were used. Mine is doing 1342MHz, but not all can be that great in terms of overclocking so keep that in mind before flashing these BIOSes on your cards.
