GoPro Hero 10/9/8/7: Change NTSC / PAL (missing 60fps or 50fps?)

I show you how to change the video mode NTSC (60fps USA) to PAL (50fps Europe) and vice versa on the GoPro Hero Black 10, 9, 8 and 7. You will need to go to preference than Anti-flicker and change it to 50hz or 60hz. So if you are in the USA and you don&see like 4K @ 60fps but see 50fps then you need to change the Anti-flicker to 60hz then you will have 60fps.
