Smart Hand Controller for OnStep based on low cost ESP32

Smart Hand Controller (SHC) based on the ESP32, for the OnStep telescope controller. It is a lower cost alternative to the Teensy based SHC by Howard Dutton, and offers the same features. The original SHC code was written by Charles Lemaire, and ported to the Teensy by Howard Dutton. The ESP32 PCB was designed by Dave Schwartz, and the firmware was ported by myself.
