This slender tower rises to a towering height of 435 metres from a small site on Manhattan&Billionaire&Row that is only 18 meters wide. 111W57 (111 West 57th Street) is a structural engineering masterpiece and is currently the thinnest skyscraper ever constructed. 111 West 57th Street is also known as the Steinway Tower as it built on top of the famous Steinway hall. The Steinway hall had to be maintained and the structural design of 111W57th Street had to account for this complication. 111W57th is built on West 57th Street which has been nicknamed billionaire row due to several Slender Towers that have been now been constructed on this Street, with views over Central Park.
