Trying something new with this one, starting with fewer breaths and working up to 30 total by the fifth round. I notice that it may not necessarily be about how many breaths you take that lead to a long hold, it&the calmness and relaxation that can get you there. Overall, each round gets longer as it progresses. Hold your breath for as long as you can, but don&stress it if you can&make it at first, it&all about the journey. 5 Rounds: Round One - 18 Breaths, 1-minute 30-second Hold, 20-second Inhale Round Two - 21 Breaths, 1-minute 45-second Hold, 20-second Inhale Round Three - 24 Breaths, 2-minute Hold, 25-second Inhale Round Four - 27 Breaths, 2-minute 15-second Hold, 25-second Inhale Round Five - 30 Breaths, 2-minute 30-second Hold, 30-second Inhale I&found this one to be great while trying to go to bed. Breathe through your mouth or nose, relax, and enjoy! Please research how you can do this as safely as possible. You shouldn’t push yourself beyond what you’re currently capable of doing, as this is a process you improve incrementally over time. 0:00 Prepare 0:18 Breath 1 1:50...
