There were only a handful releases of local pop music in Turkmenistan during the Soviet era. Here&a track taken from the collection LP "Учуң Дурналар" with Turkmen songs recorded 1975 - 1986. This one by group Destan and the female singer Mauluda Asadhodzhaeva. (I wonder if this is the same girl as the Uzbek singer Mavluda Asal&But this song is sung in Turkmen...)
