Meilland International rose - Pink Flamingo, July 2021

Today, I am going to recommend a rose that remain big blooms, repeat fast and well, last very long under the heat to y&This rose is called "Pink Flamingo" from Meilland International. It is really a super underrated rose in my opinion. I do not heard many people talk about it at all. I have grow this Pink Flamingo for 3 years in my garden. It never fail to pleased me no matter how many new roses I planted in my garden every year. It is that good. Pink flamingo not only has big bloom but also jam pack with thick petals bloom and very upright as well. It is a grandi flora rose so you know it blooms like a floribunda but with really big bloom. It has medium tea fragrance to me. The only negative for this rose will be it has very big thorns along the canes. Even when it is not blooming, it has very attractive dark glossy leaves and really beautiful shrub. Disease resistance is good for this rose and it does benefit from light pruning in the middle of summer to maintain its compact, bushy look. If you are in the warm climate and looking for rose bloom remain big under the heat, I will totally recommend Pink Flamingo from Meilland International!
