Combos start @0:30 - - Preface: So if there is one character that deserves Omega Justice, it&this character, Gen. When Omega first launched, he had an infinite which tainted the perception of Omega and Gen entirely. Even after that infinite was patched out, it was like the damage was already done, and nobody was interested in this version of the game, on top of Street Fighter 5 being on the immediate horizon. This video is intended to show what Omega Gen is capable of within the deliberate limitations of Omega, as it should have been on release. ------------------------------------- Omega Gen- Main changes: Like many other characters, he has different counter hit confirms in both of his 2 different stances which strengthens his ground game. His charge requirement is also overall shortened like other characters. His walk speeds were changed. Mantis stance is faster, and Crane stance is much slower. In USF4, Crane stance is the faster stance. His crane stance jump arc was normalized to go the same distance and arc as his mantis stance. Mantis stance jump arc was also reduced from how high it would go in USF4. I can&say I agree with this change, but I don&think it&an immanent nerf. Most characters in Omega have had their jump arcs normalized, or made universally the same. Gen now has stance switch recovery on certain attacks. A specific example is that, he can&do something like Crane c.HP xx Mantis Super. So there are certain restrictions with his stance switch potential...
