The original workaround was to use a USB to ethernet adapter or setup on another computer that was supported to get to the web interface. Thankfully, I figured out how to edit the boot file. I also BSOD looped my computer in the process, so please subscribe if I helped you out The two lines: if_re_load="YES" if_re_name="/boot/modules/if_re.ko" The tunables: if_re_load - YES if_re_name - /boot/modules/if_re.ko Also a reddit link: Begin rant: This goes against the whole motto of reusing old hardware as a server. Realtek is not some random company, and lots of people are going to have these 2.5Gb cards in the future as they seem to be the standard on modern motherboards. I am definitely not going to waste a PCIe slot on a network card when I can be using that to add extra storage. Anyways, I&probably going to switch to Windows for my server computer, so last video on TrueNAS unless I make a comparison video on the switch End rant. Timestamps 0:00 If you don&have access (brand new install) 1:30 If you&upgrading (have tunable access)
