The Xiegu G90 talks to HDSDR via a StarTech ICUSBAUDIO2D

The Xiegu G90 gives you baseband SDR I/Q output from jack in the back. But what to do with it? If your PC doesn&have the soundcard input that can deal with the 24 bit 48khz stereo signals, you can use the StarTech ICUSBAUDIO2D DAC to feed an SDR program like HDSDR via USB. Complicated?
