Modifying (and repairing) a DL69-2048 AC volt/amps/power panel meter to read from 0 (+schematics)

Just about all digital AC panel meters take their supply voltage from the measured voltage. That means they can&measure voltages lower than about 80V. In this video, I show how to modify the DL69-2048 AC volt/amps/power panel meter to read all the way to zero volts. Because I broke the module accidentially when prying out of the enclosure, this mod starts with a trouble shooting section to get the meter working again.
