Canon Printer 5011 error

Ok, 1st off, sorry for the shaky shooting. The 5011 error is usually associated with a scanner issue. In this vid you will see I have had no success getting the scanner to work, but I did get the printer to work. You may be luckier. With the printer OFF, press and hold the Power and Cancel/Stop buttons simultaneously.Release the cancel/stop but keep the power button pressed, press the cancel/stop button 4 times and then release all buttons.
