Thanks for watching my video :) 🌼 Ingredients 食材 Mochi Skin 糯米皮: Glutinous Flour 糯米粉50g Corn starch 玉米淀粉 15g Milk 牛奶 90g Sugar 糖 25g Cocoa powder 可可粉 3g Butter 黄油 15g Fillings: Cream cheese 奶油奶酪 105g Whipping cream 淡奶油 80g Sugar 糖 12g Method: 1. Make the fillings first: whip cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Then, add in whipping cream and whip until creamy. 先做内馅:奶油奶酪和糖打至滑顺。加入淡奶油并打至混合。 2. Divide into 5 portions using plastic wrap, as shown in the video. 如视频展示,把内馅分成5个份。 3. Freeze for at least 2 hours. 冷凍至少2小时。 4. Mochi Skin: mix everything except butter in a bowl, and steam for 20 minutes. 糯米皮:除了黄油,所有材料搅拌好蒸20分钟。 5. While hot, use a spatula to knead. Then, add in butter and mix until butter dissolved and corporated into the dough. 趁热取出,用刮刀搅拌一下。然后加入黄油,把黄油揉入面团里。 6. Let cool. 冷却至不烫手。 7. Knead the dough into an elastic dough as shown in the video. 用手揉至面团有弹性。 8. Divide into 5 portions. 分成5份。 9. Wrap the frozen fillings as shown in the video. 如视频展示,把冷凍好的内馅包入糯米皮里。 10.
