2019 Santa Cruz V10 Mountain Bike This is a detailed video showing all of the components and features of a Santa Cruz 2019 V10 CC Mountain Bike. This bike is a 29ers, which mean it has 29 in tires. The V10 29 is a brand-new frame made of Santa Cruz&highest-quality CC-grade carbon fiber and available in sizes M, L, and XL. Changes to the reach, leverage rate, and cable protection have all been made. The former has been extended to 437mm on the medium and 492mm on the XL (‘high&setting), as is normal on modern bikes. On the XL, the chain stays are 5mm longer to help maintain a good weight distribution between the wheels. Each frame includes a chain stay flip-chip that can be used to add 10mm to the rear end (445 to 455mm on most sizes, 450 to 460mm on the XL). The leverage rate has been reduced by Santa Cruz to improve performance from the frame&215mm of travel. The rear mech cable should be better protected from chain slap thanks to new internal routing. A geometry flip-chip is also included in the frame. The bottom bracket drops 5mm from 356mm to 351mm in the ‘low&setting, the head angle drops 0.5 degrees to 63.3 degrees, and the reach drops 2m. The 49 Factory fork and DHX2 Factory SLS coil shock from Fox take care of the suspension. Race Face SIX c cranks and an SRAM X01 DH drivetrain are used.
