my first gravel ride, Jamis Renegade Demo ride ,women's mountain biking

Lets start with this, I went to the Sedona MTB fest to demo gravel bikes. I like my mountain bike and I am not looking to replace it but I am looking for a gravel bike. Day 1 I walked around the fest and did a group ride with dusty betty and then got some well needed sleep. day 2 was demo day and I took out a Jamis Renegade, I only had the bike for a hour, I really wanted to road ride it to Village of oak creek but didn&have the time so I found a nice green trail to bike down, sunrise just to get use to a drop bar bike again ( first ride this year on a drop bar bike). my hour was up, I took the bike back and after talking to the guy at the Jamis booth I was able to take the bike out for 1 more hour. I had all ready been down Adobe jack the day before and sad to Jamis &I would like to take the bike down adobe jack''. I knew I was going to ride on the safe side, first time gravel bike ride, second time on the trail and with a few other riders asking if I have a spare tube things did get in my head. I was on the hods cuz of the camera, I could&go from the hods to the drops and get the angle cuz I was using my gopro 7. I had to keep telling myself don&pop a tire, take it easy on the drops and just as I started to get the hang of things it started to rain and it got slippery fast. when I got to Devil&kitchen I knew going back was out so I took soldier pass trail to the road and when I got back to the Jamis booth a sadly handed the bike over and told him I loved the bike.
