Sire Larry Carlton S7 - Yes it's GOOD

So here&some late night noodles with the Sire Larry Carlton S7. Firstly, I&playing into a Van Weelden Royal Overdrive into the Mesa Electra Dyne and out via the Torpedo Captor X. The middle bit with the K-line I&using the HX Stomp, and then the outro is back to the first rig. The bass that I bought (I occasionally need a bass) after researching stuff at the lower end of the price range and speaking to bassists ended up being a Sire Marcus Miller 5 string. Since I was very impressed with that as an instrument, when Sire announced the Larry Carlton series, I was intrigued to try them out. Here I bought a Larry Carlton S7 (super strat - think Suhr, Ibanez AZ etc?) - and this is my thoughts after playing for a day - is it any good?
