1989 Greco PMB-1000 (Japan) Rickenbacker 4001 copy electric bass guitar

My local buddy Kerry owns this 1989 Greco PMB-1000 (the dot-fretboard, Paul-style version of the RB-800) and I think it’s outrageously cool. I like this better than the original Ricki 4001s as it’s lighter, has no obnoxious finish on the fretboard, and handles beautifully. So, I’m jealous. It was just here for a level/dress of the frets and a setup and restring. There’s one of these for $1450 OBO on eBay Japan (free ship) and if you’ve ever wanted a “real” Ricki but hate the prices… snag that, folks! This thing is a beaut.
