BetaFPV Cetus X & VR03 FPV Goggles - Cloverleaf Antenna Test vs included Whip Antenna

Love and Quadcopter Fun
I love learning to fly this Cetus X from BetaFPV. It is a tough little drone that I&crashed HARD dozens of times, and it is still going strong. The video reception does leave a lot to be desired though, but it&good enough to learn on. @HAX1FPV informed me that I could add a Runcam thumb pro 4k onto it for better video and I may check that out down the line. For now, though, I ordered a cloverleaf antenna from Temu for under $2 to see if I get any better reception or range. Results are in the video for your options but I didn&see much difference between the two. I think the bottleneck might be the VTX with its straight-out antenna for protection rather than being pointed up. I did notice that I got pretty far with the Cloverleaf in my flight and it held up well. I might have to test the original whip antenna at that distance past the playground and see if it holds up as well. This is the actual antenna that I used: FPV 5.8Ghz 3/4 Blade Circular Polarized Receiving Antenna Aerial For Transmitter It was also pretty cold and windy at the lake today, so not ideal flying conditions. The music track is "Battle1" by the awesome Raison Varner (used with permission)
