Krones Contiform AseptBloc

Stretch blow-moulding under completely aseptic conditions is provided in this form only by the Contiform AseptBloc. What’s special about it is this: it’s not the finished bottles that are decontaminated, it’s the preforms, before they’ve actually been blow-moulded. This process takes place in cleanrooms, which thanks to a specially designed ventilation system are totally sterile. On the roof of the line, a central distribution system for hydrogen peroxide and process air is installed for this purpose.
