So, what is a colema (enema)?

This video is a before and after (thankfully not during!) look at what&involved in a colema (aka enema - but performed on a colema board). Basically it&a technique (used in one form or another for over 3500 years) to cleanse out the colon by letting heavily diluted coffee mixture enter the body from the &end&so-to-speak! It takes about 30 minutes and feels a bit funny. But more importantly it &things inside you which then come out! It&very disturbing to think that we are all carrying around so much useless &inside of us all the time. Enjoy! :)
