Fender American Standard Telecaster - Rock/Metal

This is a circa 2007 Fender American Standard Telecaster that I bought last year. I&been a fan of the Telecaster shape for some time - I didn&know if it would be any use for the music I usually play which tends to require the fatness of a humbucker. But the pickups in a decent Tele can be great for heavy stuff too. They scream, they have a bite and chunky sound that is unique and complex. The guitar is a two tone sunburst tuned in E standard with a 6 saddle bridge (I like the intonation you get with individual saddles). Near the start of the video a play a lick off Rabea Massaad&Funked up Rock Licks, which is great for all those Nuno Bettencourt style fast rhythmic chops. Some of them are brutally hard to play though so check out a preview before you buy the pack - they&great if you&got the fingers for it.
