Full body tracking in 2020 comes in many forms. For this setup you can use any HMD that connects with SteamVR and either the Kinect 360 or kinect one. This setup does require a gaming PC as well as a decently lit area for the Kinect to see you. Besides possibly needing to purchase the Kinect you also need to purchase a Driver4VR subscription.
