ACER AL2216W monitor problem - turning on and off repeatedly

Hello, I need to solve the problem with my monitor. Every time it goes into OFF mode - power and pc is turned off or pc goes into hibernation mode, then after waking up or turning ON my monitor gets mad and starts to turn on and off repeatedly for random time... Sometimes I wait for about 2 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes and I am re-plug its power cable because it looks like some kind of connection (contact) problem, but it is completely clean-no dust and dirt or something... I have tried to dismantle the cover, but I haven&found anything weird.
