Sony Sports Walkman Portable Cassette & CD Players - A Closer Look & Overview. Retfurb Retro Audio

In this video we take a closer look at some Sony Sports Walkman portable devices. The Sony Walkman WM-B52 Cassette and D-SJ15 CD Walkman. An overview of the exterior aesthetics and a demonstration of function. - The WM-B52 Walkman is from 1988 and the D-SJ15 Walkman is from 2000. Both coming from the sports range of devices, But using very different media types. Sony sports range was designed for practicality and for their waterproof feature. I am not sure if I would fully trust the waterproofness of the devices now, But I will be testing this in a future video on a non working device. These units are both in my collection of audio devices.. I also plan to do a strip down and clean up restoration on the units, These will be on future videos. - I hope you enjoy the video.
