#RelaxingTaiChiVideo This rare 13-step Tai Chi routine was made by famous martial artist Jet Li, who taught it to me and appointed me as one of only four people in the world who can teach it! There&no talking here, just cool drone shots and slow-motion that make the Tai Chi moves look amazing. Plus, the music is really touching and fits perfectly with the peaceful Tai Chi moves. The song in this video is called La Llarona. It&a traditional Mexican folksong, about the ghost of a woman who - in anger against her unfaithful husband - kills her children by drowning them in the river. Overcome by grief and guilt, she ran down the bank of the river crying, "My children! My Babies!" The next morning, the villager found her dead by the bank of the river. The legend says, on dark nights as you pass by the river you may hear the wind howling through the trees. But maybe it is not the wind - it is La Llarona, the weeping woman, crying for her lost children. I was really moved by the beauty of this song, and the sadness of the story. This video is another experiment in the Cinematography of Qi - using the Cinematic Arts to teach the Martial Arts. So I&love to hear what you think in the comments below. Thanks!
