From packer to lazy.nvim - neovim plugin management

quick breakdown of my neovim file structure before and after switching to lazy.nvim from packer.nvim. I was experiencing some glitchyness with treesitter and a bit of a mess of files and folders before switching. Most of that is on me but I feel that lazy.nvim has made it easier to clean up my config.
