The Suunto Zoop Novo dive computer is an easy-to-use Nitrox capable dive computer for recreational divers. The large, backlit screen displays all the dive information that you need including full decompression capabilities. This dive computer has 4 different modes which can be used whilst diving, these are Air, Nitrox, Free and Gauge. The air mode sets your computer for recreational dives when you’re breathing air. It displays data such as how deep you are and how long you can stay underwater for. The nitrox mode adjusts the decompression for EAM mixes from 21-50%. The gauge mode turns this computer into a depth gauge and bottom diver without recording any decompression information. There is also a innovative apnea timer for freediving, and a timer in air/nitrox modes. With multiple modes this computer needs to be easy to navigate, which it is. There are buttons on the face of the computer and can be used to navigate your way around the computer. These buttons are easy to use underwater and are clearly labelled, you can even press these buttons with thick diving gloves. The large, bright display is easy to read in all dive conditions and reviewing dives is quick and simple with the menu-based Suunto user interface. Dives can also be downloaded onto a PC/Mac (Cable sold separately).
