DevUpdate2.1: Godot 4: Making the Tileset provide nav data for NavigationAgent2D

Accidently getting NavigationAgent2D to work with tilemap cell navigation data. This was in 4.1RC2. The long of it: After fighting tooth and nail with AStar and AStar2D not working (due to confusing docs, bad tutorials and my own inability to understand sorting from a graph source) I drew out a small NavigationPolygon2D to test the agent. It worked. Then set the target node outside its polygon and..it worked. Confused, I&forgotten I&smacked navigation data on the road tiles. Week(s?) later came across a forgotten to me now video dealing with NavigationAgent2D doing things backwards and stole the code and ripped it to shreds with new code and that is the &to move&portion. Then ripped that code to shreds for the AI movement. "Steamed Orchids" by Zinc from 1995 #DEV
