Batch Generate Dolby Vision WITHOUT DaVinci Resolve(CM Analyze) - DoVi Scripts Tutorial

This guide outlines the process for batch-generating Dolby Vision through the command line using the DoVi_Scripts, allowing for the utilization of an external config/shot list. Notably, no Resolve or Dolby license is necessary for this procedure. The method is versatile and seamlessly accommodates both batch processing with an external configuration file and single-file input without the need for a config file. The script intuitively prompts users for input regarding L5 and MD. It&worth noting that the Dolby Vision algorithm is freely accessible to anyone. The only aspect requiring a license is the manual L2 trim pass, which, in our context, proves unnecessary and thus remains an optional component. By default the Script will remove the 600-1000nits trim but you can keep them if you want if you edit the script settings.
