[FIX] No Recovery Mode for iMac, Macbook Fix - Cannot Access Recovery Mode Fix

Recently, we had an issue with a late 2013 iMac. After upgrading it to Catalina, the iMac started to act up and it is running really really slow. I&decided to format the main hard drive and re-install an older Mac OS X, but I couldn&access the recovery mode by pressing the command + r or the option key on my keyboard....
