How to use the Spiriva HandiHaler. A short demonstration and instructions on how to use this inhaler. To use correctly, a small capsule needs to be placed inside the device which is then pierced by pressing the green button on the side. Afterwards, you would empty your lungs of air and then breathe in forcefully and deeply, holding your breath at the top for up to 10 seconds.
