How to access the DLC: 1. Break the wall at the end (down and right) of The Colisseum of Fools and kill the bug to earn a "Simple Key". 2. In the Royal Waterways, near the Flukewarm boss (above the corridor) there&another hidden wall that you have to break. 3. Use the Dream Nail in the corpse after you open the coffin. 4. Enjoy.
