Vichy VC9808+ Digital Multimeter Preliminary Review - Very Short & Incomplete Review

Just a very short, and incomplete review of my newly purchased Vichy VC9808+ Multimeter. I bought this primarily for testing capacitors and inductors, as well as to aid in testing small electronic circuits I build. For the money, its a very complete multimeter with a solid feel and great functions, however I would not risk using it at high voltages as there are safer options.
