The Traditional Van Nuys is a tip of the hat to the late 70s and early 80s Schecter models that they assembled in their workshop as they transitioned from a guitar repair store to a fully fledged guitar brand. The Traditional is an S- Style guitar, in a typical HSS style Superstrat layout. The pickups in the guitar are Schecters own retro rock pickups, the SuperRock Vintage bridge humbucker and the MonsterTone single coils. This guitar can do everything from classic rock and blues to rock and metal, but where it really excels is when you get into shredtastic 80s rock riffs and licks.
