Lockdown day 24..Operation, "BBQ for your Neighbor". Meat Feast on an Ugly Drum Smoker..

Getting near the end of the Lockdown, (I hope), and I decided to Cook up a Meat Feast for my Favorite Neighbors. Cooked up a Brisket, a Rack of Ribs, a nice size Pork Loin and a Split Chicken on my Drum Smoker. I Filled my Firebasket with the best Cahrcoal on the market, Royal Oak..Used the Digi Q to Control My Temperature of the Pit and monitored the cook with my Inkbird Handheld Thermometer. Seasoned the Meats with a Mixture of Fat Boy Rubs, Texas Oil Dust, Texas Wizard BBQ Products, Texas Pepper Jelly and AMP!!! Everything turned out amazing and my neighbors are ecstatic..Love cooking on my Drum Smoker.. Thanks for Subscribing and hitting the Like Button.. Enjoy... Get it on...
