Construction is not always this clean and precise, yet it looks like Dupont Homewrap will perform its purpose well. Plus, I make note that Dupont proudly states "Made in the USA"! Tyvek® is resistant to water coming into the building, but it allows water vapor out because it&breathable. Notice that it will protect the inside building envelope until the day of the window installation. This product has other uses, as well, like protecting workers from on-the-job hazards and epidemics.
