Thanks for watching Like, Comment, Subscribe Guide / 1.Install GTA 4 2.Update to latest 3.Choose mod 4.Install ASI and scriptHook Into GTA 4 Folder (and whatever else to make a mod work) 5.Then open GTA IV Mod setup 6.Follow the instructions 7.Start game 8.press ` then green writing should come up 9.then press F7 and should say Left 4 Liberty: Infection Activated 9.2.to stop mod press F7 then it should say Left 4 Liberty: Infection Deactivated
