You can decrease even more the settings to get 60fps at 4K but don&do that and just play at 1440p instead. You get 48fps AVG using the Xbox One X Preset at 4K, just use a controller to play at this framerate/resolution and it will be absolutely fine (and beautiful, of course since 4K is amazing). - If you have an RTX 2060, these settings are also perfect for you.
