Colibri organic motion sculpture hummingbird

Colibri an organic motion sculpture. From plans by Derek Hugger. This was a 4 month project. It was a Christmas gift to my wife. As others who have made this project there were a number of challenges and reworks. I did modify the plan some by adding speakers and a small mp3 sound module which is able to play four different songs. I also incorporated a rocker switch to control the motor. A friend of mine put this video together.
