This laser rangefinder has a few uses for me. I purchased it first and foremost for golf. It&great for scanning a target out to 300 yards or as close as 3 yards. I also use it at the range when I&setting up my portable target stands. I zap it to confirm my distances. I don&believe range markers in a golf course, indoor or outdoor shooting range. You can only improve if you know exactly what you&dealing with. Don&assume your 25 or even 200 yard mark is 200 yards. Confirm it. This is accurate to within 2 yards.
