GTA5 - Rage Plugin Hook Crash Solved

So i had an issue running the Rage plugin Hook. My gut feeling is that it&a graphics driver/card issue. i think the hook is trying to access something that does not exist in either the graphics card or the driver .dll - However, running the plugin hook once the game has loaded appears to fix the issue. I&using an Nvidia GTX 960. Please comment below with your GFX card and if you are experiencing the same issue.
