In this video I am going through a KY-031 Knock Sensor module it is a vibration sensor that sends a signal when a knock/tap is detected This can be connected to most microcontrollers such as Arduino, RaspberryPi, ESP32, ESP8266 ect. KY-031 KNOCK SENSOR MODULE Specifications ----------------------- This module consists of a spring-based sensor, a 10 kΩ resistor and 3 male header pins. The spring emits a high signal when a vibration is detected. Operating Voltage: 3.3V ~ 5V Output Type: Digital ⏱️⏱️VIDEO CHAPTERS⏱️⏱️ ------------------------------------------------ 0:00 Intro 0:07 What is a KY-031 KNOCK SENSOR MODULE 0:29 Where to buy and price 0:50 Details, Specifications, Features 1:10 Wiring KY-031 Knock sensor to Arduino Uno 1:41 Wiring KY-031 Knock sensor to Arduino Mega 1:53 No signal output / Reverse pin configuration with generic module 2:37 How to Code KY-031 Knock sensor 4:10 Testing KY-031 Knock sensor and LED output Check out other similar videos in this Electronics playlist: Check out Josephine&channel #arduino #KY-031 #knocksensor
