Import SVG and DXF into Fusion 360

In this video, we&show you how to import SVG and DXF files into Fusion 360. This is a great way to bring your designs from other programs into Fusion 360 so you can use them for extrudes, sweeps, and other operations. There are two ways to import SVG and DXF files into Fusion 360: 1. Insert from computer:Go to Insert - Insert SVG or Insert - Insert DXF, and then select the file you want to import. 2. Insert from cloud: Go to Insert - Insert SVG or Insert - Insert DXF, and then select the file you want to import from your Autodesk Drive. Once you&imported the file, Fusion 360 will create a new sketch with the geometry from the file. You can then edit the sketch, use it for extrudes and sweeps, or pattern it on your objects. Sometimes we may have geometry already created in another program such as Illustrator, Inkscape or another vector program.
