the song origionaly composed in 1833 by Tzar Nicholas the First&request by his friend and composer Alexey Lvov, then the lyrics for the song were written by Vasily Zhukovsky, from then on it was used as the National Anthem of Russia until the Russian Revolution Saint Nicholas the Passion-Bearer is shown on the video as he was the last Tzar of Russia (from Wikipedia) Russian Cyrillic: Боже, Царя храни!
