How to change Arai Visor, Vector 2, Face Shield

A quick video on how to change the visor on the Arai Vector 2 motorcycle helmet. I&owned this helmet for a few years, and have to swap shields quite frequently between clear and tinted lenses. It&pretty easy after some practice, but takes some getting used to. It&a tool-less swap which I don&mind doing. I haven&*knock on wood* broken any of the side plastics before, although when I started to do this I sure thought I did from the plastic snapping sounds. This particular model is in the color "black frost" with the blue mirrored SAI face shield. The SAI face shields are available in so many color options: Clear, Light Smoke, Dark Smoke, Silver Mirror, Blue Mirror, Gold Mirror and Purple Mirror (which i used to have). I said it&an "aftermarket shield" in the video, but to correct my wording, It&an ARAI branded shield that was purchased separately. The trickiest part is when you are putting the lens back on, is to get the visor matching the hidden spool. It&located in the top corners of the hidden covers. You will need to push it in well enough, and if it doesn&fold down smoothly, you might need to push the "corners" of the visor in some more. Add Me:
