How to install wheel (.whl) packages for Python

Incorrect installation: not installed or installed for the wrong Python version (if you have multiple versions installed). The wheel file can be deleted after installation. Tip: Hit the tab key (one or multiple times) after typing the first letter of the file in the command prompt to navigate to the right file without having to type the whole file name.
